Welcome to ByLearning, a career-focused network platform for college students. By accessing or using our website at bylearning.in ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

  • Students, teachers, and general users are welcome

  • You must have rights to post content

  • Non-promotional

5. Content Moderation and Removal

5.1 ByLearning's Authority

ByLearning reserves the right to:

  • Review and moderate all content
  • Remove policy-violating posts
  • Suspend or terminate accounts
  • Take immediate action without notice
5.2 Reporting & Appeals
  • Users can report inappropriate content
  • We investigate reports promptly
  • Appeal decisions via support team

6. Community Guidelines and Prohibited Conduct

10. Courses and Premium Content

10.1 Course Creation: Only authorized personnel may create structured courses on bylearning for bylearning.

10.2 Course Content: Courses represent curated, high-quality educational content subject to additional quality standards.

11. Disclaimers and Limitations

11.1 Educational Purpose

ByLearning is for educational and networking purposes. We don't guarantee:

  • Academic success or career outcomes
  • Accuracy of user-generated content
  • Availability of specific users or content

11.2 Platform Availability: We strive for consistent service but don't guarantee uninterrupted access.

12. Termination

12.1 Voluntary

You may delete your account anytime by writing an email to us at bylearning.official@gmail.com.

12.2 Involuntary

We may terminate accounts for violations, harmful behavior, inactivity, or safety concerns.

12.3 Effect

Upon termination, access ends, but shared content may remain on Platform based on User Alignment

13. Changes to Terms

ByLearning may update these Terms periodically. We will:

  • Notify users of material changes via email or platform notification

  • Consider continued use as acceptance of updated Terms
